using my literary skills, i infer that the song writer deliberately repeated "highway to hell" throughout the chorus to emphasized the main point he wants to drive home - he's fucked. which is probably how i'm feeling now too. in addition, the song title is also purposefully called "Highway to Hell", well i conclude the song writer feels utter damnation at the point of time.
